1. The Promoter

Win Your Cart (the Promotion) is run by ALCHEME.STORE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202551054C, ABN 52 246 712 035), 7500A Beach Road, #04-326, The Plaza, Singapore 199591 (alcheMe, we, us). Questions about the Promotion can be sent to hello@alcheme.store.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By entering, you agree to these terms. If anything in our emails, website or social media posts is inconsistent with these terms, these terms apply.

3. Who can enter

The Promotion is open to residents of Australia and Singapore who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. The following people are not eligible: employees of alcheMe and its agencies involved in the Promotion, anyone involved in conducting the Promotion or the draw, and the immediate families of those people. We may ask the winner to verify their age, identity and residency before the prize is awarded.

4. Promotion Period

Entries open at 7:00am AEDT (Melbourne time) on Monday 9 November 2026 (4:00am SGT) and close at 2:00pm AEDT (Melbourne time) on Sunday 15 November 2026 (11:00am SGT) (the Promotion Period). If you live in another Australian state or territory, please adjust for your local time (for example, entries close at 11:00am AWST in Western Australia). Entries made outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

5. How to enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter, you must agree to receive marketing emails from alcheMe. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing after you enter will not affect your entry. We will still contact you about your entry and the prize if you unsubscribe.

During the Promotion Period, you can enter in either of these ways on the alcheMe store for your country of residence at alcheme.store:

  1. Cart entry: add any mix of cleansers, moisturisers and bundles to your cart, go to checkout, enter your email address and tick the box to receive emails from alcheMe. You do not need to complete payment.
  2. Order entry: complete an order with the box to receive emails from alcheMe ticked.

Adding items to your cart without going to checkout, entering your email address and ticking the box is not an entry.

6. Your entry

  • Limit of one entry per person, regardless of how many carts, orders or email addresses you use.
  • Your entry is your most recent cart entry or order entry made before the Promotion Period closes.
  • Entries that are incomplete, made using automated means, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or made in breach of these terms will be excluded.

7. The prize

There is one prize, with a total value of up to $150 in the currency shown at checkout in the winner's alcheMe store. Delivery is free.

  • If the winning entry is a cart entry, the prize is the products in that cart, up to a total of $150 (recommended retail price), delivered to an address in the winner's country of residence. If the cart is worth more than $150, the winner can pay the balance or remove items.
  • If the winning entry is an order entry, the prize is a refund of the amount paid for that order, up to $150, to the original payment method.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other than the refund described above. If a product is unavailable, we will substitute a product of equal or greater value, which may be a different scent.

Other than the prize, completing an order does not entitle you to a refund, credit or price adjustment because of this Promotion, including if a lower price or discount applies after you order. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer law.

8. The draw

One draw will be held for all eligible entries from Australia and Singapore at 3:00pm SGT (6:00pm AEDT) on Sunday 15 November 2026. The draw will be conducted online by alcheMe in Singapore, on a recorded video call, using a computerised random number generator, in the presence of a witness who is not eligible to enter. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner notification and claiming the prize

The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm SGT (8:00pm AEDT) on Sunday 15 November 2026.

  • Cart entry winners will receive a single-use code that applies up to $150 to the winning cart at checkout. The code must be used by 5:00pm SGT (8:00pm AEDT) on Monday 14 December 2026.
  • Order entry winners must reply to the notification email by the same time to confirm their eligibility. We will process the refund within 10 business days of confirmation.

If the prize is not claimed by then, or the winner is found to be ineligible (including because they are under 18), the prize is forfeited. A redraw will then take place at 3:00pm SGT (6:00pm AEDT) on Wednesday 16 December 2026, by the same method, from the remaining eligible entries. The redraw winner will be notified by email within one business day and will have 7 days to claim the prize.

10. Results

We will publish the contents of the winning cart or order on this page by Monday 16 November 2026, and may also share them in our emails and on social media. If a redraw is held, we will update this page. We will not publish the winner's name, location or any other details that identify them.

11. Other offers

Any other offers available during or after the Promotion are separate and do not form part of the prize. Their terms will be shown at the time of the offer.

12. Privacy

We collect entrants' personal information, such as email address and cart or order details, to run the Promotion and to send marketing emails to entrants who have agreed to receive them. For the winner, we also collect name, delivery details and the information needed to verify eligibility. We use it to contact the winner, award the prize and keep the records the law requires.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We use service providers, including Shopify and Klaviyo, to run the Promotion, and they may store information outside Australia and Singapore. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

If you are a resident of Australia, these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you are a resident of Singapore, these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

14. General

  • We may change, suspend or cancel the Promotion if something outside our reasonable control affects how it runs, subject to any applicable law or regulator direction.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
  • This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.
