We want you to love your alcheMe products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order if there is a product fault or reaction. This includes products that have been opened and used - because skincare deserves a proper try.
However, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, including if you decide you don’t like the fragrance you’ve chosen. We encourage fragrance-sensitive skin to start with our fragrance-free options.
To start a return, simply email hello@alcheme.store within 30 days and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
A few important details:

Returned items must be sent back via registered post, with postage prepaid.

Returned items are your responsibility while in transit, so we recommend insuring your parcel.

We can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
Bundles
If you’re returning an item that was purchased as part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the bundle pricing.
We aim to keep things simple, fair and transparent - just like our skincare.

Refunds
