Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your alcheMe products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order if there is a product fault or reaction. This includes products that have been opened and used - because skincare deserves a proper try.

However, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, including if you decide you don’t like the fragrance you’ve chosen. We encourage fragrance-sensitive skin to start with our fragrance-free options.

To start a return, simply email hello@alcheme.store within 30 days and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

A few important details:

  • Returned items must be sent back via registered post, with postage prepaid.

  • Returned items are your responsibility while in transit, so we recommend insuring your parcel.

  • We can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Bundles

If you’re returning an item that was purchased as part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the bundle pricing. 

We aim to keep things simple, fair and transparent - just like our skincare.

Refunds

Once product has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 days for your return/refund to be processed internally. Don't worry - we'll keep you notified every step of the way.
