We ship to Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong We currently offer shipping to customers in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. If you're located elsewhere and would love to try alcheMe, drop us a line at hello@alcheme.store — we'd love to hear from you.
Shipping costs Shipping rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Orders of $80 or over qualify for free shipping.
Pre-order — dispatching late May 2026 alcheMe is currently available for pre-order. All orders will be dispatched in late May 2026. We'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times (from dispatch)
- Australia Metro: 2–8 business days
- Australia Regional: 5–8 business days
- Singapore: 3–5 business days
- Hong Kong: 5–8 business days
Tracking your order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your alcheMe products on their journey to you.
A few important details:
- We don't ship on weekends or public holidays
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we can't be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses
- If you're not home when your order arrives, your courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery
